The exhibition celebrates the collection of Salvador R. Vasques III.

A native son of Provincetown who moved to the west coast as a young man but dedicated his life to collecting “anything and everything” associated with Provincetown. Sal’s Provincetown Memorabilia Collection comprises over 40,000 historic postcards, several thousand books (anything ever written about the outer Cape or by anyone associated with it), a major collection of souvenir and commemorative China and anything ever printed or published about the town; magazines,  event brochures, poetry anthologies, matchbooks, business cards, artist’s cards, exhibition catalogues, and handmade Christmas cards, and much, much more.
