PMPM Executive Director, Dr. K. David Weidner was recently in the UK and visited a school in Nottinghamshire to continue to foster relationships between the region and Provincetown in advance of the Provincetown 400 commemorations. BBC Radio Nottingham broadcast from the PMPM in September 2017 as part of the radio station’s campaign to raise awareness that many of the Pilgrims, including their leader William Brewster, originally came from Scrooby and surrounding villages of North Nottinghamshire, England. During Dr. Weidner’s visit to a school at Gringley-on-the-Hill, he was interviewed by BBC Radio Nottinghamshire reporter Sarah Julian, who interviewed him last year.
